Placement Fee 20%
The placement fee is calculated based on the candidate’s base salary as written in the formal offer letter — excluding bonuses, commissions, or additional incentives.
The placement fee is based upon the candidate’s acceptance of the written offer.
Terms - Net 10
All placement fees are due in full within ten (10) calendar days of the candidate’s acceptance of the written offer.
An invoice will be issued upon the candidate’s acceptance of the offer.
Full payment is required no later than ten (10) calendar days from the date of the invoice.
Payments not received within the agreed-upon timeframe may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance.
